Four Bocados favourites. One very good decision.

Grand Cookies are oversized, loaded and baked for crisp edges with a soft centre. Danish Cinnamon Rolls bring buttery layers and deep cinnamon swirls. Tres Leches Cakes are tender, creamy and made for celebrations—or an excellent Tuesday. Add premium ice cream for the full Bocados experience.

We are Bocados

We’re Marlyn, Francisco and Sebastian—the family behind Bocados. Marlyn leads the kitchen and dreams up every recipe. Francisco keeps the shop, orders and deliveries moving. After school, our eight-year-old son Sebastian clocks in as the self-appointed “Big Boss.” We live in Trinity Bellwoods, just like many of the neighbours we serve, and Bocados is our way of sharing something joyful with the community we call home.

We are a zero-waste bakery.

At Bocados, selling out is intentional. We bake in carefully planned small batches because every cookie, cinnamon roll and Tres Leches cake represents ingredients, time and care—and none of it should end up in the garbage.

Our recipes are designed to travel well and stay delicious when properly refrigerated or stored airtight, helping every order be enjoyed instead of wasted. When a favourite sells out, it means we chose freshness and responsible production over an overflowing display at closing time.

As a family bakery rooted in Trinity Bellwoods, zero waste is one of the ways we care for our neighbourhood and respect the food we make. Food belongs with people—not in the bin.
